The type of paper you use makes a big difference in print quality.
Document Paper
For everyday printing, 20-24 lb bond paper works well. Use brighter paper (92+ brightness) for important documents.
Photo Paper
Look for glossy or semi-glossy photo paper. Heavier weights (60+ lb) will feel more like traditional photos.
Card Stock
For business cards and postcards, use 65-110 lb card stock. Make sure your printer can handle thicker paper.
Specialty Papers
Labels, transparencies, and envelopes require specific settings on your printer. Follow the manufacturer's instructions.
